The Challenge provides a framework for Canadian companies to set credible, science-informed targets and report transparently on their progress toward decarbonization.<\/p>\n<p>Through this commitment, Polaris is formalizing a net-zero target for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2050, covering its fleet and facilities. This builds on the company\u2019s existing interim target of a 30% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030, reinforcing a structured and phased approach to climate action.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy joining the Net-Zero Challenge, Polaris Transportation Group is demonstrating leadership through net-zero planning. This Government of Canada initiative supports businesses in setting ambitious targets that not only reduce emissions but also strengthen their long-term competitiveness. As global markets shift toward clean growth, companies like Polaris are helping position our country to lead and succeed in the net-zero economy,\u201d \u2013 the Honourable Julie Dabrusin, Minister of the Environment, Climate Change and Nature.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond direct emissions, Polaris is actively advancing sustainability across its broader value chain.
