This marks the second time we\u2019ve received this recognition.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The annual award recognizes companies across the trucking industry that are committed to creating supportive workplaces where women can build their careers. Criteria include workplace culture, work-life balance, competitive compensation and benefits, professional development and opportunities for career advancement.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At Polaris, we believe our people should feel supported, respected and encouraged to grow throughout their careers. Through our professional development, mentorship and leadership programs, we provide opportunities for team members to build their skills, take on new challenges and pursue career advancement.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cPolaris is honoured to receive this recognition for the second time,\u201d said Dave Cox, CEO, Polaris Transportation Group. \u201cCreating a workplace where people can build a career, develop their skills and feel supported both professionally and personally has always been important to us.
