Lesley was announced as one of this year\u2019s winners at the MODEX 2024 summit in Atlanta, Georgia. This triumph is being celebrated by the Polaris team as well as her peers at the NMFTA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLesley has been instrumental in transforming and initiating necessary changes to improve NMFTA\u2019s products, procedures and research,\u201d states previous NMFTA chairman, Mike Morgan, \u201cWe couldn\u2019t be more proud as she\u2019s made significant contributions to the supply chain industry overall.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the past year, Lesley made history as the NFMTA\u2019s first appointed Chairwoman and was promoted from Polaris\u2019 Director of Traffic and Pricing to VP of Pricing and Market Strategy. She has spearheaded several company-wide initiatives to introduce service efficiencies, fill communication gaps and expand our market reach.<\/p>\n<p>Polaris CEO, Dave Cox reflects, \u201cIt\u2019s been a big year for Lesley and we are thrilled to see her being recognized as an outstanding mentor and visionary,\u201d adding, \u201cShe inspires us with her dedication to improving experiences for everyone involved in our industry.
