Celebrating 5 consecutive years as a Trucking HR Canada Top Fleet Employer
For a 5th year in a row, Trucking HR Canada has named Polaris a Top Fleet Employer, earning us a new title as a Top Fleet Employer of Distinction!
Trucking HR Canada CEO, Angela Splinter defines the significance of these roles, “Top Fleet Employers lead the industry in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees, attracting Canada’s next generation of top talent.”
Polaris was among 81 Top Fleet Employers selected for excelling in several HR categories including recruitment, retention rates, company culture, professional development and innovative HR practices. Our new status, Top Fleet Employer of Distinction, is given to those who have been on this list for at least 5 consecutive years.
