Benefits to working with Polaris:

Highway Drivers

• All power units are under 5 years of age, trailers are on a 60-day PM schedule.
• Highway owner operators and company drivers are paid a flat rate per trip.
• Routes are dedicated and scheduled.
• 2 trips in 1 week and 3 trips the next, with home-time every other day and weekends.
• Paid Vehicle Insurance and tolls for Owner Operators.
• All Customs paperwork completed by our customs department.

City Drivers

• Local runs are generally under 160 km radius, returning home every night.
• Owner operators are paid based on a skid count / zone matrix generating between $1,500-$2,500/wk.
• Paid Vehicle Insurance plans.

Who you are, how you operate on our team, with our customers and in our community is really the secret to a successful career at Polaris.

The Basics:

• Minimum age of 21
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience
• Clean abstracts and criminal records search
• Clean pre-employment drug and alcohol test results
