INTRODUCING THE NEXT CLASS OF THE LARRY COX ACADEMY!

Please join us in welcoming the Larry Cox Academy’s newest students, Amandeep Singh and Theresa Linobo!
The Larry Cox Academy (LCA) is entering its third year of giving Polaris team members an opportunity to fast-track their professional development. Inspired by the legacy of our Founder, Larry Cox (2017), this 15-month course offers intensive training from managerial basics to operational and supply chain insights. Polaris Global Logistics General Manager, Gary Nicholson, will guide Amandeep and Theresa as their LCA mentor.
While this program is typically reserved for one student at a time, we were so impressed by both applicants that we chose to double our class size! They were selected for their outstanding presentations, advanced skillsets and career objectives that we believe the LCA can help them achieve.
Amandeep is a Logistics Analyst for Polaris Global Logistics, leveraging his previous transportation industry experience and strategic mindset from running his own company in India. He has been a wonderful asset to helping us deliver leading solutions to our clients while also making a difference in our community as a volunteer for our Breast Cancer Walk, Movember campaign, Hazel McCallion Walk for Health and the Polaris Community Care Unit.
Theresa has explored several positions with us from an Imaging Clerk to Order Entry and now a Customer Service Representative. She has been instrumental in training fellow CSRs during the transition to our new customer support software and has always been consistent in her service excellence. Theresa remains heavily involved at Polaris by helping with various social events and serving as a member of our DEIB Committee and Health & Safety Committee.
Polaris CEO, Dave Cox reflects, “Larry always took it upon himself to give every employee what they need to find professional fulfillment. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary since he first opened Polaris, I’m grateful to have the resources to carry on his mission,” He adds, “It’s been wonderful to see the LCA’s impact in helping passionate employees like Theresa and Amandeep reach their full potential as leaders and innovators.”
Class will be in session for Amandeep and Theresa starting this September. They will be joining fellow LCA alumni, Poonam Poonam and current student, Haseebb UrRehman in accelerating their professional journeys with Polaris. We wish them the best of luck as they take the next big step in their career paths!
