POLARIS HONOURED WITH 2024 TOP MEDIUM FLEET AWARD

Last night, we attended Trucking HR Canada’s 11th annual Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala in Toronto. It was a wonderful night for transportation companies to come together, network and receive awards for several HR categories.

While collecting our Top Fleet Employer of Distinction Award for our 7th consecutive year, we were thrilled to also be announced as the winners of the 2024 Top Medium Fleet Award! Polaris received this award for our high achievements across all Top Fleet Employer criteria including workplace employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, workplace culture, wellness and mental health, community engagement and training and skills development.

This is a high honour recognizing our exemplary HR initiatives and positive workplace culture.
