EVERY CHILD MATTERS THIS ORANGE SHIRT DAY

Polaris observed Orange Shirt Day to remember the Indigenous communities impacted by residential schools. Our team took part in this important day of reflection by wearing orange shirts and purchasing orange pins with all proceeds going to the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund.

The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund is an impactful organization helping to foster cultural understanding and create a path toward reconciliation. Through their educational events and programming, they are helping to heal and strengthen relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
