POLARIS CELEBRATED FOR EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AT 2025 TOP FLEET EMPLOYERS GALA

Last night, we attended Trucking HR Canada’s 12th annual Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala in Toronto. It was a wonderful night for transportation companies to come together, network and receive awards for several HR categories.
As we accepted our Top Fleet Employer of Distinction Award for the 8th consecutive year, we were thrilled to also be recognized with our 2nd Award of Excellence for Employee Engagement! Polaris once again received this recognition for supporting employees, fostering a learning culture, offering career development opportunities and being committed to excellence in performance management across our organization.
This recognition highlights our dedication to creating a workplace where every team member feels supported, engaged and motivated to succeed. We’re proud that our people-first culture continues to stand out in the industry and to see our HR team’s efforts recognized among Canada’s top fleets.
