INTRODUCING THE NEXT CLASS OF THE LARRY COX ACADEMY!

We are proud to welcome the newest Larry Cox Academy (LCA) student, Harshal Chohan!

Now entering its fourth year, the Larry Cox Academy continues to fast-track the professional development of Polaris team members. Inspired by the legacy of our Co-Founder, Larry Cox, this 15-month program offers intensive training from management fundamentals to advanced operational and supply chain insights.

Harshal joined Polaris in January 2022 as a Pricing & Traffic Auditor and was promoted in June 2024 to Senior Pricing Auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Gujarat along with Graduate Certificates in Supply Chain Management and International Business Management from Seneca College.

We are excited to see Harshal grow through this program and develop advanced skills to support his long-term career goals. Polaris VP of Pricing and Market Strategy, Lesley Killingsworth will serve as his LCA sponsor, providing mentorship and guidance throughout the process.
