Congratulations to Our 2026 Larry Cox Academy Graduates!
February 3, 2026
We’re proud to celebrate the Larry Cox Academy Class of 2026, Amandeep Singh and Theresa Linobo!
Now entering its third year, the Larry Cox Academy (LCA) is an intensive 15-month professional development program focused on leadership, cross-departmental operations and supply chain insights. While this program is typically reserved for one student at a time, we were so impressed by Amandeep and Theresa’s applications that we chose to double our class size.
Under the mentorship of Polaris Global Logistics General Manager, Gary Nicholson, our LCA students demonstrated outstanding commitment, teamwork and passion while gaining hands-on knowledge of various functional areas of the business. Gary comments, “I want to thank Theresa and Amandeep for choosing me as your Executive Sponsor and allowing me to play a part in your Polaris journeys. I am grateful for the opportunity to see you both grow through each course. It’s been an absolute honour.”
After completing the LCA, Amandeep progressed from Logistics Analyst to Senior Pricing Specialist. His strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach and collaborative spirit have brought measurable value to our Pricing and Rating teams. He has been a wonderful asset, helping us deliver leading solutions while also making a difference in our community as a volunteer for our Breast Cancer Walk, Hazel McCallion Walk for Health and Polaris Community Care Unit (CCU).
Amandeep reflects, “This journey has been much more than completing a program – it has been life-changing. Through the academy, I was given the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business in real, practical ways that have shaped how I think, work and grow. I didn’t just gain professional experience; I gained memories, friendships and valuable lessons that I will carry forward in my career.”
Theresa’s story is a powerful example of growth. Prior to the LCA, she held roles as an Imaging Clerk, Order Entry Clerk and Customer Service Representative. Now she is serving as the first female Dock Supervisor in our 30+ year history! Known for her positive leadership, service excellence and willingness to challenge processes, Theresa has made a lasting impression everywhere she’s worked. She also remains actively involved through Polaris social events, the DEIB Committee and the Health & Safety Committee.
“I’d like to extend a special thank you to Dave and Geri Cox for creating this program. This didn’t just teach me skills – it taught me to trust myself, stay open-minded and step into opportunities I once thought were out of reach.” Theresa adds, “Thank you to our Executive team leading this initiative, the women of Polaris, the Operations team and my mentor, Gary for seeing my potential and supporting me. With your encouragement, I am proud to now work as the Afternoon Dock Supervisor.”
Polaris CEO, Dave Cox states, “I am extremely impressed with Amandeep and Theresa and the journeys they’ve been on since joining the Larry Cox Academy. I look forward to seeing where the future takes them and how it will continue to shape Polaris moving forward. Thank you both for your exceptional commitment; Larry would be so proud!”
Congratulations, Amandeep and Theresa – your achievements reflect the very best of Polaris! Here’s to everything you’ve accomplished and the exciting paths ahead!
