POLARIS CELEBRATES FIRST LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT GRADUATING CLASS OF 20

Polaris Transportation Group is proud to announce the successful completion of its first on-site Lean Six Sigma training program, marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to training and development.

Led by instructor Sheri Phillips, the intensive four-week program introduced the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt curriculum to Polaris team members, providing practical tools and methodologies to support continuous improvement across the organization.

Polaris proudly celebrated the graduation of its inaugural Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt class, comprised of 20 team members. During the celebration, graduates participated in a brainstorming session to share key learnings and explore opportunities for operational process improvements, demonstrating how they will apply their new skills within the organization.

Dave Cox, Polaris CEO, shared insights and encouragement as the graduates continue their continuous improvement journey, “At Polaris, we believe investing in our people is essential and I am very impressed with the dedication shown by our graduates.
