We are proud to welcome the newest Larry Cox Academy (LCA) participant, Gagandeep Singh!
Now entering its fifth year, the Larry Cox Academy continues to accelerate the professional development of Polaris team members. Inspired by the legacy of our Co-Founder, Larry Cox, this 18-month leadership program provides participants with comprehensive training ranging from management fundamentals to advanced operational, supply chain and leadership development.
Gagandeep joined Polaris in 2023 as a forklift driver and was promoted to Team Lead at Polaris Commercial Warehousing in 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and has continued to expand his education in Canada by earning a Civil Engineering Technician diploma, advancing his software skills, studying French and most recently, completing his Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification through the on-site training Polaris held earlier this year.
Gagandeep’s commitment to continuous learning and professional growth exemplifies the values of the Larry Cox Academy. We are excited to see him continuing to develop his leadership skills while working toward his long-term career goals. Throughout the program, Polaris President Richard Kunow will serve as Gagandeep’s executive sponsor, providing mentorship and guidance along the way.
