Polaris Named a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking

October 13, 2026

We’re proud to share that we’ve been named a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). This marks the second time we’ve received this recognition.

The annual award recognizes companies across the trucking industry that are committed to creating supportive workplaces where women can build their careers. Criteria include workplace culture, work-life balance, competitive compensation and benefits, professional development and opportunities for career advancement.

At Polaris, we believe our people should feel supported, respected and encouraged to grow throughout their careers. Through our professional development, mentorship and leadership programs, we provide opportunities for team members to build their skills, take on new challenges and pursue career advancement.

“Polaris is honoured to receive this recognition for the second time,” said Dave Cox, CEO, Polaris Transportation Group. “Creating a workplace where people can build a career, develop their skills and feel supported both professionally and personally has always been important to us. We want our team members to know that their contributions matter and that there are opportunities for them to learn, grow and advance at Polaris. I’m especially proud of the women across our organization who continue to lead and help shape the future of our company and our industry.”

Brian Everett, Group Publisher and Editorial Director, also recognized Polaris for its commitment to supporting women in the trucking industry.

“Polaris Transportation Group is to be commended for earning recognition as a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking by Redefining the Road, the official magazine for the Women in Trucking Association,” said Brian Everett, Group Publisher and Editorial Director. “Organizations recognized on this impressive list have proven they are supportive of gender inclusion by accommodating family and work balance; offering competitive compensation, benefits, and professional growth; and providing career advancement opportunities. Polaris is commended for earning this award.”

We remain committed to fostering a workplace built on respect, collaboration and equal opportunity. We value the contributions of every team member and strive to create an environment where people feel supported and have opportunities to develop throughout their careers.

Polaris will be recognized alongside other 2026 award recipients during the Women In Trucking Accelerate! Conference & Expo, taking place October 25–28 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas.

Lesley Veldstra Killingsworth, our Vice President of Pricing and Market Strategy, will attend the conference on October 26 and 27 to accept our company’s award. She’ll also celebrate her own selection as one of WIT’s 2026 Top Women to Watch in Trucking.

We’re proud of Lesley and the women across our organization whose leadership, expertise and dedication help shape our company and our industry every day.
