Polaris Recognized with 2026 Achievement of Inclusive Workplace Award
October 15, 2026
Creating an inclusive workplace takes commitment from every part of an organization. For us at Polaris, it means continuing to build an environment where people feel comfortable contributing their ideas, developing their skills and being themselves. We’re proud that this commitment has been recognized with the 2026 Achievement of Inclusive Workplace Award from Trucking HR Canada.
The award was presented last night at Trucking HR Canada’s 13th annual Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala in Toronto. We also received our Top Fleet Employer of Distinction Award for the 9th consecutive year, recognizing our continued commitment to our people and workplace practices.
“We’re proud to receive this recognition because it reflects the kind of workplace we strive to build every day. Our HR team and leaders play an important role in making sure people feel heard, respected and able to bring their best to work. When people know they belong, the whole organization benefits,” said Dave Cox, CEO of Polaris Transportation Group.
This recognition reflects the collective effort behind our workplace culture, from the programs our HR team develops to the way our people support one another every day. We know inclusion takes ongoing effort and we remain committed to creating an environment where different perspectives are welcomed and everyone has room to grow.
As our team continues to grow, we’ll keep working to ensure inclusion is reflected in how we work together, support one another and make opportunities for growth accessible across the organization. We’re proud of the people who make Polaris what it is and the part each of them plays in shaping our workplace.
We’d like to thank Trucking HR Canada for bringing the industry together to celebrate these achievements. Congratulations to all the fleets recognized for their outstanding contributions to Canada’s trucking industry.
