Introducing the Geri Cox Allyship Excellence Award! This Women’s Trucking Federation of Canada title recognizes male figures demonstrating female allyship by fostering gender inclusive spaces across our industry.
Inspired by the legacy of Polaris Co-Founder Geri Cox, recipients of this award embody her values committed to breaking barriers and supporting women’s advancement in a historically male-dominated field. By honouring their efforts, we hope to encourage more positive change to ensure everyone can thrive in their transportation careers.
