We want to inform you of the current situation at the Canadian border. Since Monday, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has been experiencing a system outage affecting all ports of entry across Canada. This outage has led to significant delays and in some cases, ports such as Peace Bridge and Queenston/Lewiston have temporarily halted commercial truck processing. At Windsor, lineups are currently stretching up to 8km.

While CBSA has advised that the issue is being resolved, congestion and delays are expected to continue as the backlog clears. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with our partners and the bridge authorities to minimize the impact on your shipments. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
